Brunswick Brokers is marking an important leadership transition as Paul Moore steps down as President, effective July 31.
Since founding the company 13 years ago, Paul has played a central role in building Brunswick Brokers into a leading commercial real estate brokerage and market research firm in Atlantic Canada. Under his leadership, the business has grown across key markets and developed a reputation for professionalism, strong market knowledge, and a consistent, client-focused approach.
This transition reflects a natural evolution of the business. While stepping away from the President role, Paul will remain actively involved as Senior Vice President and trusted advisor, continuing to work closely with clients and support the team.
Reflecting on his time leading the company, Paul shared:
“It has been both a privilege and an honour to have been part of the growth of Brunswick Brokers. It could not have been achieved without the dedication and professionalism of everyone on the team and the mentorship from John Irving,” said Paul Moore, President of Brunswick Brokers. “Thank you.”
As part of this transition, Troy Nesbitt will assume the role of President effective August 1. Troy has been with Brunswick Brokers for seven years and brings more than 20 years of experience in commercial real estate. Over that time, he has been directly involved in the company’s growth and expansion across Atlantic Canada.
Troy will continue to build on the strong foundation established under Paul’s leadership, ensuring stability and continuity for clients, partners, and the broader market.
This transition has been thoughtfully planned to maintain consistency across the business. Clients will continue working with the same team and receiving the same level of service that has defined Brunswick Brokers since its founding.
Brunswick Brokers extends its sincere appreciation to Paul for his leadership and the business he has built, and looks forward to his continued contributions in this next chapter.
