She has a particular expertise in marketing and research as well as preparing detailed financial analysis for acquisitions and dispositions of many types of significant investment grade properties. Jessica is also involved in landlord representation, looking after tenant renewals for property management/development companies, and has office, industrial and retail leasing experience.
